Kachumber Salad


Ingredients:
Cucumber – 1
Tomato – 1
Onion – 1
Chat powder – ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves – 2 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Salt to taste.


Method:
1) Chop cucumber, tomato and onion finely.
2) In a mixing bowl take all the chopped ingredients.
3) Add salt, chat powder, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
4) Mix all the ingredients well and serve.
