Small Onion Chutney


Ingredients:

Small onion Peeled – 1 cup
Red chilly – 10
Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard – ½ tsp
Curry leaves - 5
Asafoetida – a pinch
Method:
1) Grind small onions, red chilly and salt to coarse paste.
2) Heat oil in a pan, season with mustard When it splutters add curry leaves and  asafoetida  .
3) Add the ground paste and fry till oil separates.
